Initial phone screen about a week after applying; usual questions for phone screen (know about the position, brief run-down of resume/experience). Contacted a few days later to schedule on-site. Met with 3 partners; all of which were very approachable and transparent during the process. Within 24 hours of on-site, was contacted for a follow-up interview for a different position (they saw potential in my experience and educational goals). Went in for the other interview within a week of initial on-site. Met with 4 partners and 2 associate/manager; all still very approachable. The interview process felt more like getting a coffee and catching up than an interview. It was more about getting to know the candidate and less about what the resume says. Was notified of decision within a week of interview. Will definitely reapply in the future. Everyone was very approachable and transparent.
