Degy Entertainment interview questions

Instead of an interview, Degy had two rounds of google forms and essays to answer regarding education and experience. There was no live interview and communication was done via email.

Got weird vibes. CEO seems too highly involved in hiring, rather than allowing the direct manager to run their own interviews. Pay is very low, much below industry averages. Seems like they just hire fresh college grads, taking advantage of the fact that they won’t try negotiating for appropriate pay.
