Interview started with a phone call followed by a written test. The test was quite long but included creative and unique questions like caption a photo, give a headline to a campaign, etc. Good creative strategy
After the copy test an interview with the CEO was scheduled within a few days - very quick process and took less than 2 days.
In the interview the CEO said they have a small team and they are seeking a young and dynamic copywriter to go above and beyond the job to become involved in creative strategy and contribute to the growth of the organisation
The HR seemed very nice and CEO also seemed pleasant.
All in all the CEO seemed impressed and wanted to hire me but the offer was quite low for my experience. Even with their highest role they couldnt match my previous income so I declined.
