The first stage was a traditional phone interview, then you will be invited to the company for a face to face interview. The questions were all behaviour questions for the phone interview and proficient related questions for the second interview.

Video introduction, followed by face to face interview, that is arranged by their talent acquisition team. There is a pre-set perimeters for the video interview where you are asked some of the uncommon questions.

Il primo conoscitivo fatto in ambiente molto informale, con un manager dello store, il secondo online e il terzo a Desio.
