The interviews were long-winded. After the first one (over the phone), I was told that there would be a second interview in person which was also going to be the final one. Instead, I was put in many rounds of interviews on that day, which totally drained me out by the time I got to the last one. I felt that was unfair. I was interviewed by more than five people and they all asked the same things over and over again. I didn't get the offer because according to them, my personality did not fit the role, which I believe they could have told me in the earlier rounds of the whole interview process.

It was just a basic interview. Reached early, and have 2 rounds of interview. Was asked on motivation and why I wanted to join the team. I can tell that Decathlon is really looking to hire good teammates as even part timers need to go through 2 rounds of interview just to make sure that they are suitable.
