In short my interviewing experience with Debtbook was quick, effective, and honest. The company was still small enough that my interviewers were the 3 co-founders all within the C-Suite, one of whom was going to be my direct manager. They simply communicated their passion and expertise in the industry/product. They asked me quite a few questions to ascertain if I was a good culture-fit and had clearly researched prior to the call whether I was a qualified candidate. They asked about my knowledge/experience related to the role and the industry, but I never felt like I was being grilled without purpose.
