I applied through other source. I interviewed at Deborah Curlee Communication Consultants
Interview
Interview was lengthy, but not intimidating. A lot of questions about my personal areas of interest regarding clientele and thorough background of the company and employee policies. Very open to questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deborah Curlee Communication Consultants (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by Debby next day sayings she was interested. Very conversational. Not an interview per say, but talked about me coming in for interview. 2 months later I came in for an interview (out of state). Had been in conversational much with Debby prior to interview and basically knew that the interview would consist of me signing a contract if I so wished. Never was actually asked formal questions regarding my skills, but more I was being sold that the company was awesome. Looking back this should have been a red flag.

Question 1
Debby doesn't really "ask questions" in my experience. She more wants to know what you have done/what your graduate school or prior experiences are. She also asks about your interests. She tries to sell the company to you throughout the process and is very relatable at this first interview. I have to give it to her that she really does care about hiring you and getting to know you and that is a strength of hers, I just wish she would be more picky about who she hires as I feel like she would hire anyone since her turnover rate is so high (didn't know this at the time).
