I first spoke with a recruiter over the phone who asked some general questions and allowed me to ask questions. She was very nice and professional. She had a nice response time when I would reach out to her. Next, I had a video interview with the hiring manager and that went well. It was pretty casual and not intimidating at all. The 3rd and final interview was with a forum style with three people. The hiring manager, department lead, and another team member. All were very nice and made me feel welcome while there. I did get an offer, but declined. After further consideration determined it was not a drive I could make everyday with having small kids and such.
