They start off with a phone interview. Regardless of how you answer any questions, you will be given a face to face interview in which they will probably offer you the job. It is a door to door sales and they act like there is more to the job than that... but there is not.

Called me in for a brief five minute interview to discuss their DirecTV "campaign". Got called back for second interview, where interviewees went to lunch but refused to ask if I wanted anything.

I was really nervous. The staff was very nice and helped me find the place! The interview process is normal with multiple interviews, learning about who you are and your experience, etc.
