I applied via linkedIn. There were two rounds of interview. First one was telephonic in which interviewer asked questions like palindrome , implementation of trim function and basic concepts of software related of object oriented programming and Data structures.
Second round was skype interview in which he asked questions related to my projects, my knowledge on core concepts of software like Databases and all. Then he asked me to implement two algorithmic questions in any language.
I found this interview process pretty amazing because I thought they focus on your knowledge of core concepts rather than specific details of particular technology.
