Poor candidate engagement. I love the cause and science here but the talent acquisition team is not a good window to the organization. I was then not contacted for weeks.

Spoke about how well networked she was for 15 minutes and how well she’s built the team. Little discussion about my experience or for me to ask questions. Not very friendly.
