I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Orlando, FL) in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview process was strange. I was only looking for part time work since I have another job. I was asked to come in for a group interview and was the only person there. It didn't seem to go well, the first thing the manager said was she needed weekends and I couldn't do that. She told (didn't ask) me to come back the next day for a second interview. I wasn't available so I scheduled for 2 days later. The peson supposed to be interviewing me didn't know she had an interview, and the manager I had met 2 days earlier was leaving as I was entering. I spent about 10 minutes waiting (both times) to be interviewed. The second interview there were no questions asked, not even a "when can you start" there was just a brief introduciton to someone els eas "my new CSR" then said "great so you can start Monday at Noon, it was great to meet you, see you Monday at Noon." No questions, no real job offer, no salary discussion nothing...
Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Austin, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

Question 1
In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
