Interview
I went to my job interview, arrived 10 minutes early and greeted the store Manager with a smile and notified her for the reason I was there. The interview went good and the store manager seemed to really like my background in retail and customer service experience. Then when we went into the actual interview questions and the interview lasted about 10-15 minutes. After we had finished the interview, the Store Manager told me that they were really busy (which they was), she would go the interview and if I met the qualifications they would call me back for a second interview. Would this be considered as a good or bad thing?
Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Interview
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
