Very easy going if you are an experienced sales professional. Its best to know how to coddle clients and how to build a client relationship. You don't have to be very skilled with a jewelry background, but it helps to have some experience. I first had an interview with the store manager and the following interviews were with the selling manager and district manager. I interviewed with about 3 people and was offered a position within 2weeks.
