I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Datstat (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Standard sequence of three interviews: Initial phone screen, then a technical interview with some of the engineering team, then a final meeting with the COO and CEO. In my case, they were less interested in rote memorization and perfect syntax, and more interested in general programming knowledge and ability to explore possibly solutions quickly. The executives were very interested in personality traits and allowing me to interview them about their jobs and the company as a whole. Overall it seemed like a great company to work at. Sadly I had to decline their offer because it wasn't a big enough incentive for me to leave my current position.

Question 1
Some basic programming questions in whatever language I was most comfortable with (JavaScript). There was one part where they wanted me to read over some C# to make sure I understood what was happening.
