Quick phone call to schedule an interview, then a 30 minute HR/Tech interview. Asked various questions related to how you would react in certain situations and then past experiences by the technical interviewer.
I will not be mentioning any names, however what I will say is that the HR Employee I was dealing with was very nice. They did a good job at describing the role and organizing the interview. The reason, however, I am leaving this Neutral review is because the technical engineer yawned without covering his mouth as I was answering a question. I find that highly disrespectful. Interview etiquette goes two ways - if I yawned at an interview I surely wouldn't get hired. This experience has genuinely stuck with me and knocked my confidence for quite a while, especially as it was one of my first interviews in tech and I was given no real feedback on what I had done incorrectly / how I could improve. I think there is definitely some room for improvement with the interview process.
