Question 1
Mostly describing professional expertise in the field
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Datawiz
Interview
The overall process was fairly quick. Within 2 weeks. Had a initial phone interview with HR. They were ver communicative during the process. Made it to phase two with the hiring manager. The interview was in person, which was weird for me and my first post pandemic. The person I was interviewing with was unavailable so I met with the CEO. He was unprepared with regards to knowing my background/resume. He started grim the bottom of the resume an worked upwards. I guess I don’t generally plan to go into in-depth discussions about my experience from 10 yrs ago. None the less, the conversation got weird at some points. He was very direct and I could appreciate that. Overall not a horrible internet but not an ideal one either.

Question 1
Are you okay coming into the office 5 days a week?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Datawiz (McLean, VA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied through Craigslist. I had a phone interview, an in-person with a senior management, another in-person with someone who I would go to for questions if offered the job. All of this happened within a span of 3 days. The phone interview was about 10 minutes long. The in-person was about half an hour to 1 hour each. I got the verbal offer on the 4th day with an understanding that I would get the written offer letter at the end of the day. I did not get the written offer until at least a week later because they had to do a background check. I had to follow up to find out though.
