Interview
Found job posted online. Verified with a friend at the company. Submitted resume online and through friend.
Contacted by HR. Telephone screen. 2 weeks after initial contact.
First round interviews. Two peers and hiring manager, all separate 1:1 interviews.
One week later, second round interviews. Hiring manager, two direct reports.
Maintained regular contact with HR, no action taken. Position now said to be "on hold, due to a reorganization."

Question 1
No formal interview process. Each interviewer had their own list of questions. Nothing formal from HR, no standardized scoresheets. No apparent methodology for verifying "full picture" of candidate or digging into specific skillsets.

Interview
The interview process went very well. The HR representative did a very good job. The one down side was that some interviewers were not quite prepared or understood the position they were hiring for.
