Interview
I had one recruiter phone round then after a few days got a phone interview, which was a collaborative coding environment, Post that I had 4 rounds at the Dataminr office in their New York.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone interview was 1 standard question, focussing on code design and structure (had to explain and write code too) . On site was first an algorithm question, next was discussion on one of my projects (in detail) and a graph question. Next was an NLP/distributed computing discussion (on white board). Last was kind of manager round, we talked about what do I like to work on, what kind of team do I think would work efficiently in a tech environment, which languages I enjoyed more than others and why.

Interview
Recruiter seemed a bit rushed/reading from script, asked about some very specific things from work experience (not in resume, seemed like they were looking for key words for me to mention). At time of interview the company seemed to be in a hurry to hire. Interviewer was friendly and engaged in the interview - LeetCode/many edge cases type question.
Initial phone screening followed by 1 hour technical screening consisting of leetcode style problems. Next step is 3 rounds consisting of 2 more coding rounds and a behavioral round with the hiring manager. Overall pretty standard interview process but poor communication from the recruiter. After the final round I was completely ghosted, reached out to recruiter multiple times to get no response.
