The recruiter called me and gave me all the interview questions before the interview with the hiring manager:
* Structure: scenario/example based questions - hard skills/soft skills
* Look through job description: tasks & relevant examples
* Hard skill: tell me about successful campaign campaign, didn’t perform as expected, examples around optimization, tell me about a time rising CPAs, or when didn’t perform as expect how did I optimize
* How do I approach my work, strategic mindset/culture, tell me about what you love, what areas/skills are you excited to improve, how I work with folks who have diff opinion, what values are important
* Ask questions. Learn about the day to day. How does she envision success, what challenges does the team face
