There were 3 interview: first one is English interview by phone, the second - technical interview (there were questions about .net and some algorithm tasks, the third - is practice part.

The whole Interview was held in friendly atmosphere. I haven't seen such a respectful relation to a candidate before. This is the first Interview where I didn't feel like a pupil having an exam. That was a very pleasant and interesting talk which contained complex and wide questions for many topics
