The initial interview questions where some kind of psych assesment, creating short stories and biased behavior. Maybe i'm not to well trained in the interview methods these days, but I felt like I never really got to show my skills as a entry level programmer

Did an assessment online, with some simple programming questions along with tests with reviewing and rating LLM generated responses, based on responses' accuracy, ethical/legal implications and etc. English writing skills seem to matter a bit as well.
