Interview
There are three rounds of interviews: email, first in person, then large group with rapid fire questions. The first in person interview was relaxed, the second interview is more uncomfortable because there is a large group of people in the room but only a few asked questions. They are looking for personality, they want to hire people that are outgoing and naturally personable.
I had a phone interview and three in person interviews following. The VP asked me questions about wanting an easy job that I could do when my kids were in daycare, and it felt really predatory/icky.
