Was ok, nice interaction. Interviewer seemed professional and was easy going. Based on this interaction I was interested. Got another offer so did not proceed. They have nice offices and great office space design.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DarioHealth (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Sept 2022

- phone call with the recruiter followed by intreview by the hiring manager.
- The interview was 30 min in zoom.
- The interviewer was 15 min late.
- She was very nice and apologized for being late but said she'lll need to leave after 15 min.
- Most of her questions could be answered from reading my CV.
- She summarized by saying that I don't have specific relevant experience (which indeed I don't and its not mentioned in my CV).

HR interview and Manager interview.
Complete misalignment between the role requirements and my CV, that resulted in waisting my time.
In the HR call they should have already understand if I fit to the job requirements. Instead I was progressing in the process just to find out that my experience is not what the manager is looking for.
