Interview
The interview process was very lengthy , I had an original email in July from a recruiting manager, she didn't end up calling until around September. After my phone interview , I had a one on one interview with two regional managers. They asked questions on customer interactions and employee confrontations.

Question 1
They had asked me to answer several questions about customer interactions like if there was a problem how you would handle it. Everything thing else was rather basic.

Interview
The interview went great. The director of operations did a great job of explaining expectations and the skill set. They were looking for for the current position and explained that there is room for growth within the company. Looking forward to hearing back.

Interview
It was great! It was very informative, and I really enjoyed it. As a manager in the past, I will take the skills they used for my future interviews. I am glad I went, but did decline the position.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years as the Manager here?
Three interview process. First was a phone interview with a regional manager tat was a typical half hour question and answer type conversation. Second was a face to face interview at the restaurant with the same regional manager. The third was face to face with the GM of the restaurant. The final two interviews lasted an hour each and an offer was made later that day. I was able to negotiate the offer up 10%.
