Regardless of the interview process, If you have already made up the mind to hire candidate having 10+ years of experience why would you conduct interviews and ghost a candidate who is having 6 years of experience. Candidate certainly expects a feedback from HR and not getting ghosted. Time is precious ultimately

So disorganized and arrogant.
HR contacted me and ask my salary expectation. Followed by in person interview. They were so disorganized , arrogant and unprofessional. Didn’t like their office either . Also it’s very male dominated environment
