I was asked to take a numerical test at home, and I spent one day in the assessment center. In the assessment center, I was interviewed by HR and two persons from the department. By the end of the day, I had a challenging case study.

Then monday the following week, they called me again an offeret me the position. Ther interview was primarily about me as a person, with a great focus on how I work and what I consider a good working environment.
