I was invited for a first-stage, in-person interview after a recruiter shared my CV with the business. The interview lasted around two hours and included meetings with the head of the business and two senior team members. Although it was made clear from the outset that my background was primarily focused on 180 recruitment, I was ultimately rejected for lacking business development experience something they were already aware of before inviting me in. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling that my time and effort were not respected, and that there may not have been a genuine intention to move forward.
