Online video interview with AI. They give a video about the company and ended with the case question. The AI will record our answer video. We can retake the video recording if we needed before it submitted.

I applied for this position by sending my CV via email to HR and I received their reply on my application after a few days. I had a phone interview in the afternoon on the next day and I was informed that I had passed the phone interview through an email in the late evening, together with a link to do the online assessment test. Afterwards, I successfully proceed to the next stage and I was invited to attend the assessment centre. During the assessment centre, the HR staff gave us (4 candidates including me) a clear briefing about the details for the management trainee role, showed us some video and the process of the AC. The AC Process: 1. 70 Minutes - Read and understand all the information given for a case study/task (No interaction/discussion is allowed) 2. 45 Minutes - Group Discussion (With the existence of 4 Accessors) 3. Lunch Break (Eating while waiting for your turn to do the individual presentation) 4. 45 Minutes (Approximately) - Individual Presentation (a) 15-20 Minutes - Preparation (Mahjong Paper) (b) 10 Minutes - Presentation (c) 10 Minutes (Or extended) - Q&A I received the result of the AC together with the summary & feedback report within one week.
