There was 2 steps of the interview. when I completed both of them and was waiting for the feedback eagerly. HR hadn't contact with me.Then after 2 weeks I called them and they let me know that the position was on hold and when it will open they will contact with me. After almost 1 year same position has been open. they didn't contact with me as usual. But I was interested. So again apply for it and again did the 2 steps of the interview. This time I went via a reqruiter agency. This time the reqruiter let me know that they will not hire me because I am concern about the contract type. Though I said severel times that I don't have problem with Temporary contract but I ask what will happen when it will finish .

what do you do to manage the stakeholders at your current company?
fast and direct. straight to technicalities relevant to the role. overall process for pro hire is fast. sometime will be given bysiness case to later present in the next interview
Attended rounds 2 out of 3. First round was 1 hour case study and 1 hour of interview with team who will be working with, second round was interview with hiring manager. Did not make it to third round, and there was no update until I emailed to ask HR after 3 weeks. Waste of my time because the incumbent in the role retracted their resignation and therefore there was no hiring eventually. Decide first whether there is a need to post an job advertisement and do whatever counter-offer to incumbent before even wasting others' time. Highly unprofessional.

Interview
The first round of interviews was conducted by a third-party agency. The second round was with a talent representative. The questions were standard: an achievement, a failure, tell me about a project where you used a specific skill. They were always very friendly.
