I was interviewed by two women, and they were both nice and accommodating which makes the interview session a whole lot relax. At the end of the session, they would inform you the nature of their business and I also appreciate that they prefer the interview candidates to inform them if they happen to accept a job elsewhere, making their hiring processes a lot more efficient.
