Interview
Had an initial phone interview/screen with a recruiter. Then went on to have a zoom interview with the practice manager, which went really well. Then, had to send in 5 references and had them fill out a survey. Didn’t hear anything for a little bit, so I followed up and did a 2nd zoom interview with the team leads. Didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks, followed up again, didn’t get the position :)). Would’ve been nice if they were better at following up with candidates or telling me earlier in the process, just my two cents.
There was a 30 minute interview with the practice director and another employee. Questions were not hard and mostly wanted to get to know you as a person and how you would deal with conflict. If you have customer service experience, you should definitely talk about that.
Good, in depth, need to know job description and be confident for best results. You should also be prepared to describe how you handle stress, how you organize, and how you work work others.

Interview
2-3 rounds typically. HR will screen you with a phone call, ~30 mins but often less. Then they pass you on to the floor that is hiring. Meeting with 2-4 other people who work on the team, often semi-casual and laid back. Good interview
