Interview
Interview process is long and good. Need to go 2-3 rounds of interview telephonic/Skype and Personal 2 round of interview. Interview questions are easy but they will look how you present yourselft. They select best candidates. Need to be confident.
They hire anyone, their HHRR are just looking forward to fill their numbers. However they can take as much as 4 months to bring you to Dubai (first problem with Damac), so wach out.
