Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute interview questions

I responded to an ad and was contacted by a PA. A brief phone interview was conducted about my skills and experience. A formal interview with the doctor was scheduled after that. I met in person with the doctor at a cafe. I got the impression that the position wasn't actually open but that they were looking to replace their current manager.
