Contract to hire via a panel interview. Honestly the worst interview experience I've had in my entire life. Only took the interview because it was an NFL team but was a waste of time. 15 people hammering questions and chatting amongst themselves isn't an effective way to hire people. Extremely low pay for contract as well which they use to avoid paying benefits, avoid this one.
