Interviewed with two Department chairmen. First, I interviewed with just one of them. Then I interviewed with both of them. The time between the interviews was too long and rather delayed. I really felt they did not ask me enough questions, and they did most of the talking. I felt that in the long run they could have hired me earlier to give me more time to prepare for the class because they did have a need.
