Interviewers were very friendly and engaging throughout the process. I completed a handful of take-home technical assessments and received positive feedback. I felt the final interview went well, but then their communication completely stopped. I found out I wasn't the chosen candidate because the position was re-posted to LinkedIn a week and a half later. After reaching back out for an update, I was given vague feedback from someone I'd hardly interacted with during the interview process. It's obviously okay to not select a candidate for a role, but to be treated in that manner after over a month of seemingly positive interviews and take-home assessments was disappointing.
