Interview with manager and partner is bad, they don’t ask you too much question about professional area, they ask you other questions such as personal habits and education history. They don’t seem to hire people.

Intimidating at first but the HR staff made the process easy and once I was in interview I got comfortable because the partner and the manager were nice people to talk to.

Question 1
What do you like about accounting and what do you hate about it.
The question were mostly behaviour questions. The one that shook me a bit was what about DMCL is attractive. Thankfully HR asked me in the first phone call so I did some research before talking to the partner.

It was an easy process. They mostly wanted to know you. The Manager and the partner were approachable and easy to ask questions too. I applied straight out of college could be different for experienced roles.
