Dale Farm interview questions

Short skills based interview. Two on one interview setting, one person asked questions while the other took notes. They had my CV to hand which they referenced throughout the interview.

Had 3 interviews, one with the recruiting manager, one with the manager and a member of the team and the last one I was requested to fly over from England to belfast to meet with HR, Director and manager. Had to wait nearly a month for feedback, then advised they went for someone more technical - the third interview they made me fly over for was not technical - they would of known at this point. Complete waste of time and money. Disappointing company.
