The interview consisted of one round of phone interview with HR, two rounds of online quizzes and also one round of physical f2f. The first online quiz was about SQL, statistics and some general mathematic questions. Their f2f was very different and were about high performance computing area and how to effectively scale ML problems. I had another round of online coding quiz as well. These were all pretty time consuming steps, each of the quizzes were around 3-4 hours long and the f2f also took my whole afternoon. After all these steps, HR told me she will get back to me regarding the next steps. It has been one month passed since that conversation and still I did not hear from them. This is quit unprofessional and shows how much they care about their prospective staff. The least she could have done is to send an email mentioning the status of the position not to put you totally in dark for more than a month. I would avoid this company.
