When I interviewed for the position of a HR Intern at Dais World, I went through 3 rounds of screening. The first was a basic, telephonic round, followed by an interview with the Business Head (mildly technical) and lastly an interview with the Founder. The latter 2 rounds lasted an approximate 30-35 minutes.
