Interview
The entire process was pretty simple from start to finish. There is definitely room for improvement regarding overall communication, otherwise it was a smooth process and expected generic questions regarding the specific role.

Interview
Very smooth and efficient. It started with a phone interview followed by a video interview with multiple employees. Each interview lasted between fifteen minutes to forty five minutes. Decisions were articulated to candidates soon after.

What I am looking to gain in joining Daily Harvest.

Interview
Pretty demoralizing experience interviewing here, the Glassdoor reviews seem to be pretty accurate. Seems I dodged a bullet. The interview process itself was normal, a few calls and two in person meetings. No review of my references or writing assignments. They made a written offer with no description of benefits/perks. When I inquired, they pulled the offer because I “didn’t seem excited enough”... they’re clearly looking for ignorant, desperate candidates who will jump right in. I felt rushed, pressured, and lied to. Wish I didn’t waste my time continuing to interview as soon as I felt a weird/bad vibe in the beginning. Also witnessed someone in management being rude to a lower level employee while on site which was a major red flag.

Question 1
Where else are you interviewing? Do you have any other offers on the table? Are you going to shop our offer around and try to get a higher offer elsewhere?
