I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter to set up a date for a telephone interview. The recruiter was very nice, asked questions about my experience as a nurse and questions about the conpany's core values. After the interview was complete she told me I would be receiving a call from the hiring manager at the facility within the next week. I did not hear from anyone at that particular facility, but now three weeks later I received a call from another local facility and I am scheduled for a face to face interview tomorrow...wish me luck!

I walked in for application, met with the facility administrator and was invited to come back and shadow a few days later. It was a positive experience but I found out later, I was ineligible for hire due to my DDI score, even if the manager wanted to hire me.
