Phone interview with Recuirter then in person interview. If they like you will offer you to shadow. I got an offer the next day. Gave me the pay I asked for.

How would you handle a challenging patient? Why do you want to work at davita? Tell me a time you had to tackle on a new skill?
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
