The recruiters are disorganized and don't interview you for the locations you are applying for, also they are not timely in their communication
The management will have you interview with multiple panels of people as if no one is qualified to determine if you are a fit employee

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
