1- Phone interview with HR
2- Interview at Davita with the hiring manager and three other teammates from the same team. They were all really nice and asked some of the same basic interview questions I had answered in the phone interview. Then they started asking questions related to the position and how I was able to fulfill their expectations. They were also very friendly and gave me plenty opportunity to ask about the position itself and about them. It was a good experience.

Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.

Interview
Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
