Was initially contacted by the regional human resources office in the area. An interview was arranged over the phone, followed by an in-person interview the following week. Was subsequently hired after the in-person interview.

Describe a difficult situation either in the workplace or with a patient. How did you approach and resolve the situation?
Quick phone screening with HR asking about why I was interested in DaVita and availability. First interview with 2 FAs and a social worker one week after. A second interview has been scheduled.

Interview
2-5 people interviewed the candidate. The main person asking the questions did not even work at the unit the candidate was applying for but was a divisional liason. The immediate employees of the unit the candidate worked for did not ask many questions. It was a bit awkward.
