recommendation is needed 80%. was asked about referred employee. and how i knew him/her. 90% hiring depends if they like or do not like you. as there is no union or contract. Interview is a joke. If a person refers only its possible to get the job. Training options are good but not great. Experienced staff are great. But managers need more training. So called FA.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.

I applied online and got a confirmation email. next step was to take the online assessment which will take around 30 minutes to finish. You will receive another email requesting for a phone interview which will last 30 minutes. you will be the one to choose your available time and date. if you pass the interview you will be scheduled for a panel interview in one of Davita office.

Interview
I just went through a phone screen and I felt like she was attacking me saying I don't think you did much research. There's so many resources online that you could've gone through. I felt like I had to explain myself to her.
