Initial phone interview, 2nd phone interview, online testing and 3rd interview by panel which took several hours and travel, which was not reimbursed. Then nothing. No rejection. For a company that claims to be community/people oriented-this was frustrating. I had reservations about company before the interview process based upon employee reviews and this interview process confirmed my concerns. Not impressed!
