Interview
I actually had four interview. There were two phone interviews to start off with and then two sit down interviews after that. They were very accommodating with my schedule and were very willing to work with me on available times and locations.

Question 1
They asked me about the reasons that I had left my prior jobs and what I was looking for from them as company and as a supervisor.
Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.

Interview
Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
